EVCA - European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association
The European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) is a member-based, non-profit trade association and was established in 1983 and is based in Brussels. EVCA represents, promotes and protects the interests of the European private equity and venture capital industry. With over 1,300 members in Europe, EVCA's role includes representing the interests of the industry to regulators and standard setters; developing professional standards; providing industry research; professional development and forums, facilitating interaction between its members and key industry participants including institutional investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers and academics. EVCA’s activities cover the whole range of private equity, from venture capital (seed, start-up and development capital), to buyouts and buyins. www.evca.eu |

BITKOM – Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und Neue Medien
BITKOM is the voice of the information technology, telecommunications, and new media industry in Germany. BITKOM represents more than 1,200 companies, with 900 direct members, including practically all German global players as well as 600 key midsize companies. BITKOM’s membership generates a sales volume of 135 billion euros annually, exporting 50 billion euros worth of high technology each year.
