IT Operations Management Technologynova ratio develops and markets the software solution eRunbook. The solution provides a controlling tool for the management of complex IT Infrastructures for large and medium sized enterprises (monitoring/ performance-measurement und information management of servers). eRunbook generates all relevant information of a computing centre and presents the information in a structured manner to the user. Central element of the eRunbook solution is a Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) based on the ITIL standard (IT Infrastructure Library).
