nova ratio develops and markets the software solution eRunbook. The solution provides a controlling tool for the management of complex IT Infrastructures for large and medium sized enterprises (monitoring/ performance-measurement und information management of servers). eRunbook generates all relevant information of a computing centre and presents the information in a structured manner to the user. Central element of the eRunbook solution is a Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) based on the ITIL standard (IT Infrastructure Library). The solution allows an operating platform independent service level and enables the management of complex processes and applications.
